There are some top restaurants and bars with in walking distance, so no worries about driving or taxis when you want a night out . Garden squares is a lovely garden complex, it has a great community spirit plus the gardens are safe and secure. Our apartment also benefits from having a private sunny balcony, where you can enjoy a glass of wine or just have a chill out. We have enjoyed living in Dickens Heath for the past ten years, the only reason we have decided to sell is to relocate to country, we just hope the new owners enjoy living here as much as we have.
